Technology is a very serious investment and too important not to be well considered. Missed deadlines, bad software, poor quality, security holes can impact that investment.

MCB has a plan to help shrink the risk, known as our Customer Bill of Rights

While all projects have a contract, this Bill of Rights is the underlying agreement that governs your contract.

How it works

Both you and MCB agree to follow to terms shown in the Customer Bill of Rights. In exchange MCB can make a bold offer: Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Refunded.

Our Promise to You.

  1. To request your set objectives for the project and make sure they are followed

  2. To provide you with an accurate estimate as to how long the software project will take and how much it will cost

  3. To let You decide which features are in and which are out of the software

  4. To allow You to make reasonable changes to requirements throughout the course of the project and to be fully informed about the costs of making those changes

  5. To ensure You know the project's status clearly and confidently

  6. To apprise You regularly of risks that could affect cost, schedule, or quality, and to be provided with options for addressing potential problems

  7. To make sure You have ready access to project deliverable milestones throughout the project

  8. To deliver Official Recommendation Letter (ORL) for all initiatives we undertake.

  1. To provide the project objectives and to clarify priorities in a timely manner.

  2. To provide in detail what product MCB is supposed to build and to clarify the product definition if it is unclear.

  3. To ensure MCB has ready access to the all those you designate from your side to be involved in the project. This includes any customers of yours, manager, marketer, or other person responsible for making decisions about the software's functionality.

  4. To not prevent MCB from being able to work each phase of the project in a technically responsible way, especially to not be forced to start coding too early in the project.

  5. To approve in a timely manner any effort and schedule estimates for any work that MCB will be asked to perform. This includes the acceptance of MCB efforts to provide only the kinds of cost and schedule estimates that are theoretically possible at each stage of the project; to take the time needed to create meaningful estimates; and to revise estimates whenever the project's requirements change.

  6. To ensure that You take due care of MCB efforts to report the project's status accurately to customers and upper management.

  7. To ensure MCB team members and those staff resources you designate to an MCB project work in a productive environment free from frequent interruptions and distractions, especially during critical parts of the project.

  8. To fullfil the requirements for resources and tools you need us work with, including those outlined in an Official Recommendation Letter (ORL) that you accept.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Should for any reason our firm fail to meet the promises in this Customer Bill of Right and provided you have complied with your obligations MCB will either correct the problem to your satisfaction or refund any money paid for the project.
